Teri Gerhardt is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in geographic information systems (GIS), currently serving as the Chief Technology Officer and former GIS Manager for the City of Cupertino since November 2007. Teri supervises personnel and consultants in the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of Cupertino's GIS, ensuring accuracy and reliability while overseeing project progress, department budget management, and the acquisition of GIS technology. Previous roles include GIS Technician at the City of Carlsbad and the City of San Diego. Teri's educational background includes a Government CIO degree from Rutgers University–New Brunswick and a Project Management Certificate from UC Berkeley Extension.
