Baron Eliason currently serves as the Chief Integrity Officer for the City of Dallas, responsible for administering the Integrity Officer Program and developing training programs focusing on ethical conduct. Previously, Baron acted as an Assistant Attorney in the Inspector General Division, where responsibilities included prosecuting cases and establishing foundational procedures for the office. Prior experience includes roles as an Associate Attorney and Attorney in criminal defense, as well as ownership of a recycling business and serving as a business consultant. Baron’s early career in ministry spanned various pastoral positions. Academically, Baron holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance, a Juris Doctor from The University of Texas School of Law, a Doctor of Ministry from Columbia Theological Seminary, and a Master of Divinity from Austin Presbyterian Theological Seminary.
