Carmel Fritz, MBA, SHRM-SCP, CCP, CBP, currently serves as the Assistant Director of HR Total Rewards for the City of Dallas, overseeing compensation, benefits, wellness, talent acquisition, and onboarding functions, including the implementation of Workday HCM. Previous roles include positions at Town of Trophy Club as Sr. Manager of Compensation and Director of Human Resources, as well as roles at Baylor Scott & White Health and UnitedHealthcare, where responsibilities ranged from employee relations to operational management. Carmel's extensive human resources expertise includes strategic planning, compliance, employee engagement, and organizational consulting, supported by advanced degrees in Human Resources Management and Health Care Management from California Coast University and a Bachelor's degree from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas.
