Chanda Bouah

Chanda Bouah is a seasoned Senior Information Technology Project Manager with the City of Dallas since November 2018, bringing extensive experience from Boeing, where roles included IT Project Manager and Engineer Technical Specialist III. Chanda has over four years of expertise in Agile Project Management, successfully overseeing projects related to data center modernization and key tool implementations for Boeing Commercial Airplanes. Previous positions held include Library Technician at the University of California San Diego and Library Clerk with the City of San Diego. Chanda holds a Master of Science in Project Management from City University of Seattle and a Bachelor of Science in Business from the University of Phoenix.
