Erika Guerrero

Erika Guerrero is an accomplished talent acquisition and human resources professional with extensive experience in various roles within organizations. Currently serving as Talent Acquisition Manager for the City of Dallas since February 2022, Erika previously held the positions of Human Resources Manager at Neovia Logistics from January 2013 to April 2021, overseeing change management in the 3PL industry. Prior experience also includes HR Latin America Regional Manager and HR Manager roles at Caterpillar Parts Department from February 2009 to December 2012, HR Generalist at ThyssenKrupp Uhde in 2008, and HR Analyst at PwC from February 2007 to February 2008. Erika holds a SHRM degree in Human Resources Management from Northern Illinois University and a Bachelor of Organizational Psychology from Tecnológico de Monterrey.
