Eugene Shen

Eugene Shen is a Principal at EYS International, a position held since May 2019, and also serves as the VP of Asia Development at Civitas Capital Group since October 2013. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Coordinator for the City of Dallas. Eugene Shen holds an MA and a PhD in International Political Economy from the University of Maryland, and has educational credentials from Soochow University.
