Gay Donnell Willis

Gay Donnell Willis currently serves as the Dallas District 13 City Councilmember since June 2021, bringing extensive leadership experience from previous roles, including President & CEO of Turtle Creek Conservancy from October 2012 to June 2021, where impactful projects were executed, such as a $1.2MM private donation paired with city bond funds for a significant park connection. Additional experience includes positions in business development at OrgSync.com, where relationship cultivation and marketing strategies were key responsibilities, as well as contributions to various campaigns and leadership initiatives within the Dallas Independent School District and Junior League of Dallas. Gay Donnell Willis holds a B.A. in Advertising/Marketing from Texas Tech University.
