Howard L. Bryels

Howard L. Bryels is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in risk analysis and systems administration. Currently serving as a Senior IT Risk Analyst for the City of Dallas since June 2022, Bryels previously held various roles including Systems Administrator at ISCI, where contributions involved supporting clinical research and participating in medical research IRBs. Additional experience includes positions at ASM Research, NETSCOUT, BNSF Railway, ADEX International, AT&T Mobility, Cingular, Texas Instruments, and the United States Air Force. Bryels holds a Bachelor of Science in Cyber Security and is pursuing a Master’s degree in Computer and Information Sciences from New England College, demonstrating a strong foundation in technical skills across multiple platforms and a commitment to ongoing professional development.
