Jenifer L West

Jenifer L West is an experienced financial professional currently serving as Financial Reporting Manager for the City of Dallas since October 2011, where responsibilities include managing and reporting financial operations and preparing the Annual Comprehensive Financial Report (ACFR) for the city. Previously, Jenifer held the role of Financial Accountant, where significant accomplishments included identifying $131 million in new liabilities for the City of Dallas Water Utilities. Prior to working in Dallas, Jenifer contributed to the Auditor of State - Ohio for 15 years in various roles, including Assistant Project Manager, where oversight of staff and support to local governments on financial matters were key responsibilities. Jenifer earned a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from Miami University in 1996.
