Leon Davis Jr

Leon Davis Jr. currently serves as the Manager of Economic Development for the City of Dallas, a position held since October 2022. Prior to this role, Leon was the Director of Economic Development for the Muskogee Redevelopment Authority from November 2021 to June 2022 and the Manager of Economic and Community Development for the City of Muskogee from February to November 2021. Leon's extensive experience includes managing tax increment financing districts, supporting local business retention and expansion, and overseeing urban renewal initiatives. Before their tenure in Muskogee, Leon worked as the Manager of Real Estate Development for the City of Tulsa from August 2001 to February 2021. Leon holds two Master of Business Administration degrees from Oklahoma City University and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Business Management from Northeastern State University.
