Marc Cottingame

Marc Cottingame, PE has extensive experience in engineering within the public sector, currently serving as Engineering Program Administrator for the City of Dallas since April 2003. In this role, Marc oversees a capital improvements program focused on the planning, design, and construction of projects that address the growth, regulatory, and maintenance needs of the Dallas Water Utilities (DWU) across various water facilities. Previously, Marc held positions as Senior Program Manager and Senior Engineer at RJN Group from November 1999 to May 2003, and as Project Manager at ADS Environmental Services from November 1993 to November 1999. Marc earned a degree in Engineering from Texas Tech University between 1989 and 1992.
