Michael McDougall

Michael McDougall has over two decades of experience in systems administration and programming with a strong focus on Active Directory, Windows Server, and VMware technologies. Currently serving as a Senior Systems Programmer at the City of Dallas since December 2012, responsibilities include BMC programming, administration, and providing specialist support for Active Directory and Windows environments. Previous roles include serving as a Sys Admin Intel Advisor at Dell, managing a team supporting an extensive infrastructure, and working as a Systems Administrator and Sr. Security Analyst back at the City of Dallas, where significant contributions involved the implementation and support of an Exchange 2003 cluster for thousands of users. Additional experience includes contracting work with Mentis Group and founding AlphaLogic ComputerSource, where comprehensive IT consulting and technical services were provided. Educational background includes studies at the University of North Texas and Keller High School.
