Nicole Arrington

Nicole Arrington is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources, recruitment, and community outreach. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Analyst for the City of Dallas since April 2019, Nicole clarifies and communicates policies for department leaders and oversees job postings and applicant evaluations. Additionally, Nicole works as a Promotions Assistant for Radio One, coordinating marketing efforts and enhancing public awareness. As the CEO and Founder of Promochics, Nicole has successfully executed social media campaigns and digital marketing strategies. Prior roles include Business Development Leader at ResCare Workforce Services, where Nicole built staffing strategies and supervised talent acquisition teams, and various positions focused on community outreach and youth advocacy.
