Vicki Oppenheim, AICP, is an experienced urban planner and housing policy research analyst, currently serving as a Senior Housing Policy Research Analyst for the City of Dallas since June 2022. Oppenheim has a diverse professional background, having owned Oscar's Book Nook since February 2005, founded Green Leaf Environmental Planning, and held positions such as Executive Director at Denton Community Market and Urban Planner at several organizations, including KJ Environmental Management and the City of Frisco. Oppenheim's academic credentials include multiple master's degrees in Urban Planning, Economics, and Geography from prestigious institutions such as Columbia University and the University of North Texas.
