City Staff works to insure that lands within the County are used/developed for the overall benefit of the community in accordance with the Comprehensive Plan, land development regulations and state requirements. City Staff processes applications and coordinates the review of subdivision plans, non-residential site plans, construction/engineering plans, plat reviews, variances and maintains records of development actions. City Staff also prepares reports and provides support to the Planning Commission and the City Commission.
