Brandon Cruz

Brandon Cruz has extensive experience in the fields of engineering inspection and geographic information systems. Currently serving as a Geographic Information Systems Technician for the City of Davenport since November 2022, Brandon previously worked for Orange County Utilities from September 2013 to November 2022 in various roles, including Engineering Inspector II, where responsibilities included ensuring compliance with design plans and inspecting public utilities projects. Prior experience includes mechanical repairs as an Industrial Mechanic and technical duties as a Field Specialist. Brandon's earlier career included positions at Nike and Walt Disney World, focusing on customer service and sales. Brandon holds an Associate of Science degree in Computer Information Technology from Valencia College and has also studied Automotive Service Technology. Brandon is currently pursuing a second Associate of Science degree in Computer Technology/Computer Systems Technology at Valencia College.
