Alison Fleming

Alison Fleming, SHRM-SCP, has extensive experience in the field of Human Resources. Alison is currently serving as the Human Resources Director at the City of Davenport since February 2021. Prior to this role, Alison worked at the City of Moline, IL for over 16 years, starting as a Human Resources Assistant in September 2004. Alison then progressed to roles such as Human Resources Specialist and eventually Human Resources Manager from July 2011 to February 2021. Before transitioning to the public sector, Alison gained valuable experience as a Circulation & Sales Support Intern at Lee Enterprises from May 2003 to August 2004.
