Danielle Chaney, MSL, currently serves as the Human Resources Administrator for the City of Dearborn since June 2023. With extensive experience in human resources leadership, Danielle has held positions including Chief Human Resources Officer at Development Centers, Vice President of Human Resources at Volunteers of America Michigan, and Human Resources Director at Common Ground. Notable contributions include establishing a centralized HR unit at the Detroit Water and Sewerage Department and leading labor relations and grievance resolution processes. Danielle's educational background includes a Master of Studies in Law focusing on Human Resources from Wayne State University Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Michigan State University.
