Paul Doulette has extensive experience in law enforcement and regulatory oversight. Currently serving as a Regulation Officer at the Michigan Gaming Control Board since September 2017, Paul also holds a long-standing role as a Police Sergeant in the Office of Training and Development for the City of Dearborn, a position held since August 1992. In this capacity, Paul is responsible for the training and development of various personnel, including probationary and reserve officers, paid interns, and Explorers. Paul earned a Bachelor's degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies from Wayne State University between 1985 and 1988.
