Jacob Ladner has a diverse work history, beginning in 2006 as a Guest Services employee at Robert Trent Jones Golf Trail. Jacob then transitioned to Interstate Billing Service in 2010, where they held multiple roles including Customer Service Representative, Dealer Relations Manager, Assistant Vice President of Dealer Relations, and Vice President of Client Experience and Sales. In 2020, Ladner became the City Council President of Decatur, Alabama. Most recently, in 2021, they became the Chief Executive Officer of Thirdmark Capital.
Jacob Ladner attended the University of North Alabama from 2004 to 2009, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in History. In March 2020, they also obtained a certification in Excellence in Leadership from the Decatur-Morgan County Chamber of Commerce.
