Angela Smith, TRMC, CMC, currently serves as the City Secretary for the City of Deer Park, Texas, since July 2022, where responsibilities include overseeing elections, managing agendas, and handling records management among other duties. Prior to this role, Angela Smith held various positions in the City of Cleveland, Texas, including Acting City Manager, Director of Administrative Services/City Secretary, and HR/Payroll Manager, contributing to the management of multiple departments and city operations from September 2011 to June 2022. Angela Smith's earlier career includes roles at Eagle Global Logistics, where responsibilities ranged from HR Analyst to Training Coordinator. Education was completed at Alvin Community College and North Harris Community College.
