Prior to this role, Lee held the position of City Secretary for the City of Huntsville, Texas, from September 2009 to January 2019. Lee holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Texas A&M University, and also possesses a Master's degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies from The Johns Hopkins University. Additionally, Lee has received training from The Culinary Institute of America.
