Andrew Beare

Andrew Beare currently serves as the Assistant City Manager for the City of Delaware, OH, since November 2024. Prior to this role, Andrew held various positions at the City of Hilliard, including Director of Operations, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing municipal operations, capital infrastructure projects, and environmental services. Andrew's career in urban forestry began as an Urban Forestry Specialist at the City of Grove City, followed by experience as a Field Service Manager and Certified Arborist at Environmental Management, Inc. Andrew holds a Master of Public Administration from Franklin University and a Bachelor of Science in Forestry, Fisheries, and Wildlife from The Ohio State University.
