Fanchon Stearns

Fanchon Stearns is an experienced professional currently serving as the CIP and Engineering Manager for the City of Denison since October 2016, where responsibilities include overseeing the CIP and Engineering programs, project management, inspections, and staff coordination. Previously held positions within the City of Denison include CIP Manager and Executive Assistant/Deputy City Clerk, focusing on preparing reports, event planning, and project management. Fanchon also has experience as a Management Assistant in Community & Development Services, managing projects related to various municipal services, and was a Customer Service Supervisor overseeing utility billing operations. Prior to city management roles, Fanchon served as General Manager at Taco Del Sol, managing operations across multiple restaurant locations, and began a career at the University of Montana as an Outreach Assistant, leading violence awareness training and community outreach initiatives. Education was obtained at the University of Montana.
