Monica Martin

Monica Martin, CPRE, is a seasoned professional in aquatics management, currently serving as Program Area Manager for the Aquatics Division of the City of Denton since January 2012, overseeing all operations and budget. Previously, Monica held roles as Recreation Supervisor - Aquatics for the Town of Flower Mound and Program Coordinator for the City of Plano. Early career experiences include serving as a Master’s Swim Coach, TAAF Coach, instructor, and lifeguard at Baylor Tom Landry Fitness Center, as well as working as a Program Coordinator and Triathlon Coach. Monica earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Design and Visual Communications from the University of North Texas between 2002 and 2010.
