Sarai Heskett

Sarai Heskett is an experienced environmental professional currently serving as the Pollution Prevention Supervisor for the City of Denton since January 2024. Prior to this role, Sarai worked as a Laboratory Technician for the City of Lewisville, conducting essential laboratory tests for water and wastewater operations. Sarai's extensive background includes positions at the City of Dallas, where responsibilities encompassed implementing the EPA's National Pretreatment Program and overseeing industrial inspections and compliance enforcement. Earlier experience includes roles in water quality and laboratory operations for cities such as Denton, Carrollton, and Wichita Falls, as well as a GIS internship at Upper Trinity Regional Water District. Sarai holds a B.S. in Biology with a minor in Chemistry from Texas Woman's University.
