Sean Jacobson

Sean Jacobson is an experienced professional in urban planning and public administration, currently serving as an Associate Planner at the City of Denton since August 2016, where previous roles included Assistant Planner and Intern. Jacobson's leadership skills were demonstrated as President of the Denton Evening Rotary from July 2018 to July 2022, focusing on member recruitment and enhancing membership ceremonies. Prior experiences include roles as a Graduate Research Assistant at the University of North Texas, an Assistant Administrator at the Counseling Center of Denton, and various positions in customer service and educational settings. Jacobson holds a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from the University of North Texas and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Miami University, complemented by diverse early career experiences in management and public service.
