David Beecher

David Beecher has extensive experience in environmental analysis, currently serving as a Laboratory Analyst for the City of Des Moines since December 2011, where responsibilities include managing the Industrial Pretreatment Program. David also has been retired since August 2017. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Environmental Studies from the University of Rochester, obtained from 1990 to 1994, and a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from the State University of New York at Oswego.
