Jay C.

Jay C. is an experienced financial professional currently serving as a Budget Analyst II in the Finance Department's Research & Budget Office for the City of Des Moines since July 2016. Previously, Jay held the position of Management Analyst in the same department. Prior to joining the City of Des Moines, Jay worked as a Financial Analyst at DuPont Pioneer from 2010 to 2016, providing financial support and annual forecasts for R&D teams. Jay's career also includes experience as a Financial Consultant at Wells Fargo Financial, where financial analysis supported the Strategic Partnership and Marketing teams, and as a Financial Analyst at Electronic Data Systems, overseeing financial support for numerous contracts. Jay holds an MBA with an emphasis in Finance, Entrepreneurship, and Technology Management, and a BBA in Finance, both from the University of Iowa.
