Jill Gambino

Jill Gambino is a skilled Communications and Events Associate with extensive experience in event management and communications. Currently at the City of Des Plaines since August 2021, Jill orchestrates 14 annual city-sponsored events, oversees entertainment scheduling, and manages stakeholder relations while contributing to various communication platforms. Previous experience includes leading event operations at The Kansas City Country Club, where Jill successfully managed a significant budget and facilitated the club's 125th Anniversary celebrations, alongside training and overseeing banquet staff. Additional roles at the University of Missouri and various internships provided a robust foundation in hospitality management. Jill holds a Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from the University of Missouri-Columbia and is furthering education at Florence University of the Arts.
