Mohammed S Howlader

Mohammed S Howlader, PE, is a skilled civil engineer with extensive experience in managing and overseeing a diverse range of engineering projects. Currently serving as a Civil Engineer for the City of DeSoto since July 2023, Mohammed is responsible for the design, review, bid, construction, inspection, and final acceptance of Capital Improvement Projects, along with providing technical guidance for private development projects. Previously, Mohammed held the role of Engineering Project Manager for the City of Mansfield, where responsibilities included ensuring compliance with city standards and managing development projects. Work history also includes roles as a Graduate Civil Engineer and Engineering Assistant for the City of Rowlett, Field Representative for Alpha Testing, and Project Manager for TC & I. Mohammed holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from California State University, Northridge.
