Denae Greenly-Elliott, MSOL, PHR, SHRM-CP has a strong background in human resources, with a range of experience in various roles and organizations. Denae currently serves as the Human Resources Director at the City of DeSoto, where they started in May 2022. Prior to this role, they worked as the Assistant Director of Human Resources at the same organization from October 2020 to May 2022. Before joining the City of DeSoto, Denae held positions such as Human Resources Payroll and Benefits at the City of DeSoto from June 2019 to November 2020, and Human Resources Administrative Assistant III from January 2019 to November 2020.
In addition to their work in the city government, Denae also has experience in the United States Air Force. Denae served in various roles, including Supt of the Enlisted Leadership Development Division from January 2016 to October 2017, NCOIC of the Senior Leader Management Division from July 2014 to January 2016, and Executive Officer for the 20th NAF Command Chief from November 2013 to July 2014.
Prior to their time in the Air Force, Denae worked at the Defense Intelligence Agency as the NCOIC of Personnel Programs from April 2006 to May 2010. Denae also served in the United States Air Force as Personnel Readiness from June 2001 to May 2004.

Denae Greenly-Elliott, MSOL, PHR, SHRM-CP has a comprehensive education history in the field of Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration. Denae obtained an Associate's degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from the Community College of the Air Force in 2016.
