Angelic Boyer, SHRM-CP, is an experienced human resources professional with a diverse background spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Employee Engagement and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Manager at the City of Detroit since May 2021, Angelic previously held significant roles at Henry Ford Health System, including Senior Human Resources Business Partner and Benefits Specialist. Prior experience includes positions at Budco, where Angelic contributed as an HR/Training & Development Administrative Coordinator and Customer Support Services Team Lead. With a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management and Labor Relations from Wayne State University, Angelic has a proven track record in employee support, engagement, and HR strategy development.
