Drew Irwin

Drew Irwin currently serves as the Blight Remediation Project Manager for the City of Detroit since September 2022. Prior to this role, Drew worked as an SEO Copywriter at Moosejaw Mountaineering from June 2017 to September 2022 and held an internship at Detroit Future City in the Center for Equity, Engagement & Research from August to December 2020. Earlier experience includes serving as a Strategic Storyteller for Community Frameworks from August 2015 to September 2016 and a Summer Urban Farming Intern at the Lansing Urban Farm Project in July 2015. Drew holds a Master of Urban Planning with a focus on Metropolitan Growth Management from Wayne State University, obtained in December 2022, and a Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies from Michigan State University, completed in 2015.
