Julie Fowler

Julie Fowler is a seasoned project manager and analytic specialist, currently serving the City of Detroit since September 2017. In this role, Julie has enhanced enforcement practices for residential rental properties, led a team overseeing various compliance areas, and implemented project management software to improve productivity. Julie's cross-departmental collaborations have resulted in significant process improvements and compliance support, including extensive work on the City’s Rental Ordinance and creating resources for landlords. Previous experiences include positions in office management, human resources, and property management, showcasing a diverse background in operational efficiency and team leadership. Julie holds a degree from Calvin University, obtained in 2008.
