Kathleen Quackenbush

Kathleen Quackenbush, Esq. is an experienced legal and procurement professional currently serving as the Procurement Manager for the City of Detroit Housing and Revitalization Department since January 2022. Prior to this role, Kathleen held the position of Legislative Director in the Office of Council Member Janee' Ayers from June 2015 to January 2022. Kathleen's legal career began with a Judicial Internship at the Michigan Court of Appeals in the summer of 2013, following an internship at the Maurice & Jane Sugar Law Center for Economic & Social Justice in 2012. Kathleen obtained a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree from Wayne State University Law School in 2014 and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Anthropology from Wayne State University in 2010.
