Kimberly Elyse

Kimberly Elyse, Ph.D., currently serves as the Executive Administrative Assistant II for the City of Detroit since May 2023. With a strong background in educational leadership, Kimberly has been the Dean and Christian Education Director at Tabernacle Missionary Baptist Church since 2013, where curriculum development and student advisement for over 200 individuals are key responsibilities. Previous roles include Dean for the Metropolitan Missionary Baptist District Association, where leadership was provided to 30 churches, and Administrative Assistant to the Executive Director for the Women's Department at Baptist World Alliance. Kimberly's academic achievements include a Ph.D. in Human Services and Management of Nonprofit Agencies from Capella University, and a Master’s in Ministry Management/Theology from Ashland Theological Seminary. Current studies continue at Spring Arbor University.
