Lauren Wright

Lauren Wright is an experienced professional with a strong background in project management, education, and community engagement. Currently serving as Enrichment Manager and Design Researcher at the City of Detroit since March 2020, Lauren previously held roles as Project Manager at Quicken Loans and Associate Project Manager at Rock Ventures LLC. Notable contributions at Rock Ventures included coordinating volunteer opportunities for numerous nonprofits and developing educational programs for students. As a Fellow with Challenge Detroit, Lauren collaborated with a diverse cohort to support local nonprofits. Lauren also served as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Ethiopia, focusing on education and gender empowerment. Academic credentials include a Master of Public Administration from Wayne State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from Michigan State University.
