Aideen McCarthy

Aideen McCarthy is an experienced talent acquisition and learning professional with a robust background in various industries. Currently serving as Manager of Learning & Enrichment for EMEA at Cloudera since June 2017, Aideen has held multiple roles including Learning + Enrichment Partner and Talent Acquisition Manager. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior EMEA Talent Acquisition Specialist at Hortonworks and Voxpro, alongside roles at Morgan McKinley, Johnson & Johnson, and Tyco. Aideen began the career as a Recruitment Consultant at TTM Healthcare Group and previously worked as a Reservations Sales Agent at Avis Rent a Car Ireland. Aideen holds a Master of Science degree in Urban and Regional Planning from Heriot-Watt University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Geography and Psychology from University College Cork.
