Melanie Crowder

Melanie Crowder has extensive experience in information technology, currently serving as an Information Technology Technician II for the City of Detroit since December 2016, where responsibilities include managing user accessibility and functionality using Active Directory and SCCM, as well as deploying Windows Operating Systems via PXE Server. Prior to this role, Melanie has held various positions such as Information Technology Specialist, District Specialist at General Motors, Data & Process Analyst at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, and Service Request Management at General Motors. Melanie began her career as a Technical Support Representative at EDS Corporation. Academically, Melanie holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from Davenport University and a High School Diploma from Thomas M Cooley High School.
