Vincent Keenan

Vincent Keenan has a diverse work experience. Vincent worked at the City of Detroit, where they held various positions including Head of Innovation Engagement for the Office of Mobility Innovation, the Office of Mayor Mike Duggan, Major Projects Manager in the Department of Neighborhoods, and District 5 Manager in the Department of Neighborhoods. Prior to that, they founded and served as the Executive Director of Publius, a nonprofit organization focused on voter education and civic participation. Vincent also worked as the Chief Technology Officer at The Cobalt Company and as a Senior Computer Systems Specialist at the University of Michigan's Department of Human Genetics.

Vincent Keenan completed their education with a high school diploma from University of Detroit Jesuit High School and Academy in 1991. Vincent then pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy at the University of Michigan from 1991 to 1996. After completing their undergraduate studies, Vincent Keenan furthered their education at the University of Michigan from 1997 to 1998, participating in a post-graduate non-degree research and undergraduate bridge program in the field of Computer and Information Sciences, General.
