Bakari Smith

Bakari Smith is an experienced engineer currently serving as a Public Works Plans Reviewer and Project Engineer for the City of Doral since June 2016. Prior to this role, Bakari worked as a Quality Control Engineer at The Walsh Group from January 2016 to June 2016 and as a Project Engineer at Keith and Associates, Inc. from June 2014 to August 2015. Bakari's expertise includes determining project specifications by analyzing product design and customer requirements, conducting technical studies, and preparing cost estimates, as well as developing project objectives through close collaboration with management. Bakari holds a Bachelor of Science in Transportation Systems, Civil Engineering from Morgan State University, earned between 2008 and 2014.
