Matt Robertson has extensive experience in utilities and water management, currently serving as Superintendent of Utilities and previously as Water Supply Supervisor for the City of Downey since May 2017. Prior experience includes roles as a Refinery Operator at Chevron from July 2014 to May 2017 and as CPO Certified Pump Operator/Water Treatment Operator at California Water Service Company from June 2002 to July 2014. Matt Robertson holds an Associate of Science degree in Natural Sciences from El Camino College, a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science with a minor in Project Management from the University of Phoenix, and has studied at California State University-Dominguez Hills and California State University-Sacramento.
