Brittney Hayes

Brittney Hayes, MSW, currently serves as the Community Service & Outreach Coordinator for the City of Dubuque, Iowa, a position held since April 2023. Previous experience includes roles as a Housing Case Manager at Deborah's Place, where Brittney managed a caseload of women experiencing homelessness, and as a Crisis Support Specialist at Thresholds, providing peer support services and monitoring data for visitors of The Living Room program. Additional positions include internships focused on policy analysis and community organizing, as well as various advocacy roles addressing domestic abuse and sexual violence. Brittney holds a Master of Social Work from the University of Illinois Chicago and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville.
