Kelly Nguyen

Kelly Nguyen is a professional planner with diverse experience in project management and sustainability practices. Currently serving as Planner II for the City of Duluth since June 2023, Kelly previously held the position of Assistant Project Manager at Murow Development Consultants, where services focused on land development and investment analysis. Prior experience includes a role as Business Development Coordinator at Ninyo & Moore, a top design firm providing geotechnical and environmental consulting services, where responsibilities encompassed proposal management and client relationship development. Kelly's journey began at UC Santa Barbara as a Laboratory Sustainability Coordinator, performing assessments and securing funding for sustainable practices. Kelly holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science from UC Santa Barbara and is pursuing a Professional Certificate in CEQA Practice from UC San Diego Extended Studies.
