Bonnie Kling

Bonnie Kling, PHR, has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Bonnie is currently serving as the Human Resources Director at the City of Durango since November 2022. Prior to this role, they were the Interim Human Resources Director from September 2022 to February 2023. Bonnie also worked as the Human Resources Manager at the City of Durango from May 2021 to September 2022.

Before joining the City of Durango, Bonnie had a long tenure at Mountain Capital Partners, where they served as the Payroll Benefits Manager from September 2005 to May 2021.

Bonnie Kling, PHR, obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Exercise Science from Fort Lewis College, where they studied from 2000 to 2005. In terms of additional certifications, Bonnie obtained Adult Mental Health First Aid from the National Council for Mental Wellbeing in February 2023.
