Erin Hyder is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and management. Currently serving as the Assistant City Manager and Managing Director for Internal & Cultural Services at the City of Durango since November 2020, Erin leads teams in Human Resources, Risk Management, Information Technology, Library, and Administrative functions. Previously, Erin held senior roles at Mountain Capital Partners, including Senior Director of Human Resources and Director of Human Resources, where responsibilities included partnering with resort leadership and overseeing various HR functions for a collection of resorts. Additional experience includes serving as Principal HR Business Partner at Worldpay and Vice President of Human Resources at Purgatory Resort, along with earlier roles in accounting and payroll. Erin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from Fort Lewis College.
