Mindy Beebe

Mindy Beebe is an experienced Occupational Health and Safety Analyst at the City of Durham since May 2015, where responsibilities include developing a centralized Safety Program, managing training for approximately 2,500 employees, conducting ergonomic assessments, safety audits, and incident investigations. Previously, Mindy served as a Curriculum Designer at Circle K and Kangaroo Express, focusing on training material and eLearning development, evaluation of training effectiveness, and support for store management training programs. Other roles include Executive Assistant to the Vice President of Risk Management, and teaching positions at Moore County Public Schools and Lee County Public Schools. Mindy holds a Master’s degree in Education from Marymount University and various degrees in Applied Science, Equine Facilities Management, and General Science.
