Neisha Reynolds

Neisha Reynolds serves as the Principal Planner for Bus Rapid Transit and Grants related to Arts Culture and Sustainable Communities at the City of Durham since February 2020. In this role, Neisha has developed grant strategies and standardized departmental procedures. Previous experience includes managing a Lead and Healthy Homes program, orchestrating over $3 million in contracts, and engaging with stakeholders on health equity and sustainable development. With extensive background in planning and community health from positions at Hennepin County and various organizations, Neisha has held leadership roles at Redeemer Center for Life Inc. and the American Lung Association of Minnesota. Educational qualifications include a Master of Public Administration from Baruch College and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Clark Atlanta University.
