Dianne Miller

Dianne Miller currently serves as the City Administrator for the City of Eagan, a position held since March 2022. Prior to this role, Dianne Miller served as Assistant City Administrator from 2010 to March 2022 and as Assistant to the City Administrator from 2002 to 2010, all within the City of Eagan. Dianne Miller holds a Master of Public Administration (MPA) degree from the University of Kansas, earned between 2000 and 2002, and a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Public Administration from Saint Mary's University of Minnesota.
